Order & Shipping

ALL PRICES ARE IN CANADIAN DOLLARS - C$ / CAD.

HOW TO ORDER:
(1) Send us an email that will include - Product/Item + Product Code (if any) + Quantity.

(2) Once we receive your order, we will send you an email detailing the total cost of your invoice = Product(s) + Shipping + Taxes = Total Amount Due.  Taxes are for Canada orders only.  GST/HST:  All provinces outside Quebec are subject to the GST/HST relevant to their province.  Quebec:  GST-5% + QST-9.975% apply.

(3) You will be sent a detailed Paypal Payment Invoice - Payment made to our email address at eurosphere@sympatico.ca.
You can either pay the Invoice Total Amount - or you can cancel your order (in which case you order will be cancelled and you owe us nothing).

If you are not paying through Paypal - please contact us regarding another payment method.

SHIPPING CHARGES:  
CANADA - via Canada Post/Expedited Parcel - includes Tracking.
At this time, we have a Canada-wide C$10.00 shipping fee.
This method of shipping includes a Tracking Number, Insurance (up to C$100/additional insurance has an additional cost), and Delivery Confirmation (to your email address if you wish).

USA - via Canada Post/Expedited Parcel/USA - includes Tracking.
This method of shipping includes a Tracking Number, Insurance (up to C$100/additional insurance has an additional cost), and Delivery Confirmation (to your email address if you wish).
- We also ship via Priority Mail to the USA.

INTERNATIONAL - OVERSEAS / WORLDWIDE
- We do not ship to all countries. 
- We ship via Canada Post/International/Air or Surface (boat)

CUSTOMS DUTIES - USA & INTERNATIONAL DESTINATIONS:
Customs clearance may be required - as a result delays may be experienced beyond Canada Post's delivery estimate.
Import Duties, Taxes or Charges are not included in the price of the product or on Shipping Fees.  Any charges administered to the buyer in his/her country - are the responsibility of the buyer - not the seller.

You should check with your country's Customs Office to determine any additional charges related to your purchase from Canada.

EXCHANGES / REFUNDS  / CREDIT NOTES - RETURNS - DAMAGED GOODS - LOST PACKAGES
Contact us immediately (within 3-5 business days), or as soon as you have received your product.
We do not accept any returned package without a pre-authorization by us; you will get an authorization number.

EXCHANGES - REFUNDS - CREDIT NOTES:
Exchanges, Refunds, and Credit Notes are offered ONLY if you were sent the wrong product by us.
Since many of our products are volatile - returns are not accepted without valid reason.

RETURNS:
If you were sent the wrong item - we pay return postage.  
Returned item must be in the same condition as when you received it.  It should be unused, in original wrapping, and re-sellable.  You will then be sent an exchange, a refund, or a credit note - ONLY after we receive your package.

DAMAGE:
If a package has been damaged during the Canada Post transit time - buyer must contact Canada Post first AND file a claim with them, before contacting us.  Once it has been established with Canada Post that package contents have been damaged - Customer will be sent an identical replacement free of charge.  

LOST PACKAGES:
Canada Post is fast and accurate 95% of the time – occasionally packages get delayed and very rarely lost – we are not resposible for delays or loses of your shipment via Canada Post.  If you are in a big hurry – we suggest you ship Canada Post Express Post, at a greater cost. We do not guarantee the timing of your delivery by regular Canada Post shipping, and will not be offering refunds on postage for late deliveries unless it was due to our error (mislabeled address).

Lost packages will have to be established by Canada Post first.
Lost packages have a wait time, this can take up to 30-45 days for Canada Post to determine the package lost.   If, and when, it is determined by Canada Post that the package is lost, customer will receive an identical replacement - free of charge.  In the interim, we also contact your closest Canada Post outlet to establish that the package was not, in fact, received by the buyer.

HANDLING-PROCESSING TIME
We do not charge a Handling Fee or any other hidden fees.
We have a 3-4 business day Processing delay from date of your full payment; that is extra from the Canada Post estimated delivery time.  
Orders placed on a Friday - will be processed on the next Monday - and shipped out on the 3rd or 4th BUSINESS DAY following full payment of your invoice.

SHIPPING - TERMS & CONDITIONS
- We are not responsible for any delays experienced after your parcel has been dropped off to our carrier for delivery - it is then in the hands of the carrier.  Delays can also be caused at your Country's Customs Office, and/or during the shipping route itself.

- We have no jurisdiction to advise our carrier to leave the parcel at your door if no one is at home during the delivery.  The carrier will "Card" - leave a card, with information as to where to pick up your package should you not be at home at time of delivery.

TO CANCEL or MODIFY YOUR ORDER
Please email us as soon as possible for any cancellation or modification to your order - BEFORE it is processed (this will take 3 business days).    However, once your order is fully processed - we cannot guarantee you any cancellation or modification.
